They bought my nearly condemned house

The drywall and flooring fixed up

My ex-husband is sort of insane. I knew splitting up with him was going to be a disaster. It was a miracle that I managed to sneak out all my furniture and clothing without him noticing. After I issued a divorce, I did a restraining order and moved things along with the lawyers. When it turned out that I would get the house in the divorce, my husband got even. He was living in the place at the time and totally trashed it. He took a sledgehammer and put holes in the wall. He ripped up parts of the floor. He smashed lights. The worst was that he poured wet cement down the pipes in the kitchen and bathrooms. I sued him for a ton of money and won. However, I still had a home with extensive damage to sell. I realized that I didn’t want to get into a plumbing desire and remodel project like this one. So I started looking for someone who would buy my home for cash. I figured a cash deal and as his condition was the best I could do. I disclosed everything with it. I was upfront about the plumbing and condition of the home. I was glad that the Florida home buyer wasn’t deterred at all. The guy was willing to tackle that massive project. All the plumbing would need to be removed and redone. The electricity would have to be updated. The drywall and flooring fixed up. It would be expensive for that guy. I was downright shocked anyone was willing to take that house.
